Full returns policy
Eligible for return
- Unused items in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Within 24 hours of delivery
- Faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from description
- Proof of purchase (order number, SMS, or receipt)
Not eligible
- Used, washed, worn, or altered items
- Opened intimates, undergarments, swimwear, or earrings
- Used cosmetics or perfumes
- Items marked Final Sale or sold as clearance bundles
- Items damaged after delivery (drops, water damage, modifications)
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or wrong, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Mobile Money refunds usually settle the same day; card refunds may take a little longer depending on your bank.
Original delivery charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is because of an error on our side.
Manufacturer's warranty
Where a manufacturer's warranty is provided (e.g. electronics), the manufacturer's terms apply for that warranty period in addition to our 24 hours return window.
