We deliver across Ghana. You only pay for your items at checkout — the delivery fee is quoted and paid separately once we confirm dispatch.

How delivery cost works

We do not charge a flat or pre-set delivery fee at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, our team or our rider will contact you to confirm your address and let you know the exact delivery charge for your location and order size. You then settle the delivery fee directly with the rider on delivery (or with our team if you arrange a special courier).

We deliver to any address in Ghana. The exact delivery cost depends on your location and the size of your order, and is communicated to you directly by our rider or dispatch team when your order is on its way.

Express Delivery

Accra & Kumasi
Same Day / Next Day

Faster handling for urgent orders within Accra and Kumasi placed before 2pm. As with standard delivery, the courier fee is quoted to you when we confirm dispatch.

Store Pickup

No delivery fee
Same Day

Collect your order in person from our base in Accra, Ghana. We will message you as soon as it is ready.

How Delivery Works

You place & pay for your items

Pay only for the items in your cart. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

We confirm and quote the delivery fee

Our team contacts you on the phone or WhatsApp number you provided, confirms your address, and tells you the delivery charge for your order.

We dispatch & you can track

Once dispatched, you can follow live updates on the Order Tracking page using your order number.

Pay the rider on delivery

The rider will call you before arrival. Settle the delivery fee directly with the rider on delivery (Mobile Money or cash).

Important Information

Delivery fee

Charged separately, not at checkout. The fee depends on your area, parcel size and weight, and is paid directly to the rider on delivery.

Cut-off Times

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day. Orders after 2pm are dispatched the next business day.

Business Days

Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. We process orders Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Contact

Our team and rider will reach you on the phone number you provided at checkout, so please make sure it is correct and reachable.

Failed Deliveries

If we cannot reach you, we will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts, the package is held at our base and we will arrange pickup or a re-delivery (a re-delivery fee may apply).

Package Inspection

Where practical, please inspect the package in front of the rider and report any visible damage immediately so it can be recorded with the courier. You can also report damage within 48 hours by WhatsApp on +233 54 601 4734.
